    What you’ll do

    As a Junior Data Analyst, you will play a central role in helping pharmaceutical companies make better decisions that improve health outcomes by generating actionable insights through utilization of our proprietary technology platform and understanding of the business.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Become proficient at working with healthcare data and carry a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.

    • Consume, analyze, and manage data using SAS, R, Python, SQL, and other statistical programming languages.

    • Conduct basic business analyses such as exploratory data analysis and reporting.

    • Transform results into digestible visualizations.

    • Communicate analysis in a team-based environment.

    What you’ll bring

    We expect you’ll have a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, etc.), strong problem-solving skills, excellent work ethic, self-directed approach, and a team-oriented demeanor.

    Besides an understanding of coding languages like Python, SQL, R and SAS, you’ll also need experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.), statistical modeling, data manipulation, and BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, etc.).

    What you’ll do

    As a Junior Programmer you will play a central role in helping pharmaceutical companies make better decisions that improve health outcomes by translating functional requirements into robust, scalable, supportable solutions that complement the overall system architecture.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Write efficient SQL in a variety of dialects.

    • Create and maintain data pipeline architectures including full ETL processes.

    • Deploy code using cloud services like AWS, Databricks, and Azure.

    • Develop machine learning algorithms to generate insight from healthcare data.

    • Generate visualizations using python or JavaScript frontend frameworks.

    • Become proficient at working with healthcare data and carry a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.

    What you’ll bring

    We expect you’ll have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields, strong problem-solving skills, excellent work ethic, self-directed approach, and a team-oriented demeanor.

    You’ll also need coding skills (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript), database knowledge (MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle), familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux), and experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).

  • Primary Duties

    The Real-World Evidence (RWE) Manager will be responsible for execution and analyses of data using administrative claims and electronic health records. He/she will be the lead analyst, provide operational support and collaborate closely with external costumers across the industry in clinical development, Medical Affairs, and Health Economics/Outcomes Research and Market Access.

    Responsibilities

    Job Function and Description

    • Builds and maintains relationship with clients across the industry

    • Conducts literature review and understands literature related to the disease area of interest

    • Develops analytic and operational plans for RWE including data acquisitions

    • Works with the client to access data for analyses

    • Participates in client meeting to deliver results and help with the interpretation of findings

    • Serves as the primary contact for the client

    • Continues to develop and stay abreast of latest RWE techniques and industry guidance

    Education and Experience Requirements

    • MPH or MSc in Health Outcomes Research, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Health Policy, Health Economics or related field

    • 2 + years of experience designing and delivering RWE studies in Life Sciences Industry

    • 2+ years’ experience programming in statistical analysis systems, such as SAS and R

    Key Skills, Abilities, and Competencies

    • knowledge of observational research, industry guidelines for planning, execution and reporting of observational research studies and their applications

    • Understanding and experience with claims data, electronic medical records, observational trials, digital health data and registries and the relative strengths and limitations for these data sources

    • Demonstrated knowledge and application of a range of outcomes research, statistical, and epidemiological research methods

    • Ability to work independently to manage project timelines and deliverables

    Other Job Requirements

    Job could include travel 10-20% for client meetings
